This spider was crawling inside of my curtains until I flicked him outside. It was then that I realized this would be a good opportunity to get some macro pictures. These are taken with a Canon 100mm f2.8 USM lens with three Kenko tubes. The second picture was not as clear as I had hoped so I added some antique toning to mask that because his detail is still pretty interesting. He was about the size of my pinky fingernail (and quite quick... and creepy).
These pictures were taken the day after our visit to the Tulip Time Festival. I walked out the door this morning to get the newspaper and found the tulips beautifully covered in water drops. These could be some of my favorites pictures I have taken (to date).
